Chunky Honey Almond Granola
Ouuu it's a good one. Add this tasty almond granola to milk or yogurt to juge things up a bit. Or, eat it right out of the jar which is what I do LOL

- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup whole almonds crushed
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup liquid MCT oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp almond extract
Preheat oven to 325F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds, salt and flax seeds.
In a small bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, MCT oil, and almond extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Press mixture firmly onto lined parchment paper until fully flat (about 3/4" thick) and bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely before breaking apart into chunks.
Store in airtight container on the counter for up to a month.
