Chunky Honey-Almond Granola

Today I invented a new granola recipe and I am hooked!

I eat Yogurt and granola + fruit nearly every morning because it’s quick, packed with protein and will fuel me up for the day. You will love this Chunky Honey-Almond granola because it’s filled with healthy fats (almonds and MCT oil) and yummy carbs (oats) to keep you feeling satisfied. Best part = no added refined sugar! Just what’s in the honey. It’s a very easy meal prep, only takes 35 minutes plus cooling time. Hope you love it as much as I do!

Chunky Honey Almond Granola

Ouuu it's a good one. Add this tasty almond granola to milk or yogurt to juge things up a bit. Or, eat it right out of the jar which is what I do LOL
Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 25 mins
Servings 12
Calories 208 kcal


  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup whole almonds crushed
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup liquid MCT oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp almond extract


  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds, salt and flax seeds.
  • In a small bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, MCT oil, and almond extract.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Press mixture firmly onto lined parchment paper until fully flat (about 3/4" thick) and bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before breaking apart into chunks.
  • Store in airtight container on the counter for up to a month.
